This one is my wife's toy. She loves the ease of use and we got the adjustable lens up to 300 with it. Pretty much just point and shoot. DD is doing Journalism and uses it herself as well, but it is so user friendly that I can even use it. So whatever the latest model is of it, I would recommend it as we are looking at getting another and letting DD use it for school shots. Get the larger disks for best desired storage of shots. She takes the shots and blows them up for Senior night to poster size at Sam's Club for the Seniors from these shots and just zooms in on the computer to get even closer without losing quality.

nice, we have a point and click digital camera but it just doesn't capture the quality at the games...so i've been looking at the nikon slr or the cannon, but I think we'll go with the Nikon...
