Tough call since in the picture the glove isn't actually touching the runner, nor is the runner's hand touching the bag. It does look like the glove is going to touch the runner first though. I gotta go with out.

Well, based on the picture, it looks like the DP was planted there, so there is high potential for obstruction, however, without seeing the entire play, its really hard to tell. If balls in hand, and she was sitting there waiting for the OP, well, that would pretty much be an out.
