Dont know where they are, but its too chilly for shorts here (south texas), its 64. We were all wearing shorts yesterday before this cold spell came in. Supposed to be back in the 80's this weekend. But dont move here, SoCal is much nicer and they have lots of room.

He pulled up this old picture from June 08. It was in Fayetteville arkansas.
It definately would have been to cold there. They have about 2.5 inches of ice right now.
