I finally found the picture!!! - this is my DD on a softball tour of Italy from a few years ago. My wife's cousins came down for Lake Como(the area is infested with her relatives) to see my daughter play outside of Milan. After the games, they took my daughter into Milan for some food(naturally) and gelato(you have not lived until you have had gelato in Italy) This picture is of my DD and a cousin in front of the famous Duomo in Milan. Ironically, in the game my daughter faced olympic Bronze Medalist Kelly Hardie(now a coach for team Australia)-she got a hit and an rbi- Hardie was 39 at the time. They had a team of 16 and 17 year olds play the semi-pro team at Bollante. Great experience. Nice to represent your country, play the game you love, and visit some relatives from the old country.
