At what age is it OK to intentionally hit a batter because the runner at 2nd is stealing signs? Just curious to see what people think on this topic.

Perhaps another question would be .... at what age is it OK to have a 2nd (or even 3rd) set of signals hoping that the runner on 2nd is trying to steal signs and/or location?
