I tried attach a filename, but it took forever, then never loaded.

ok, after trying several times. I finally saw the small messege at the top.
the file size is too big. How to I change that so I can post?

You probably have Microsoft Office Picture Manager on your pc. Use that to resize the picture to width of 640 or less and height of 480 or less - and you are good.
