IMHO, this case will be dismissed by the court relatively quickly in the process, and the media will not report it. As an attorney practicing in this field, the legal hurdles that must be cleared by this plaintiff are insurmountable in my legal opinion. The way this filing was handled appeared to be a publicity stunt rather than a lawsuit the family's attorney thought to be legitimate. Just MHO.

I seen a pitcher hit in the face this weekend, I overheard some parents talking and they were discussing lawsuits. Since this team was a 16U team and the tournament director had put in some 18u teams. They were discussing if the tournament director could be held responsible.
