And while your at it, ask if he can figure out a way to eliminate the 'spamming' or "flooding" of the same post written a few different ways...
witness tons of repeated posts one after another on eteamz, or the synergy post currently prevalent on 'active topics' here.
Figure if you're going to make it hard on him, make it real hard!
