Mike is a great person and a great pitching coach.
Dave Lindsay is an excellent instructor, especially with younger pitchers....and he's an awesome person.

Richard McArthur is a great pitching coach out of The Sports Training Complex in Anaheim.

Is she the best? Thats an opionion. IMO she works good with the girls I know. She doesnt work with Lisa Fernandez or Cat Osterman. I think she got her picture taken with Jennie Finch. lol

I think you are talking about Kathy Ayala known in her playing days as Kat Slaten (CSUN 1983-1986). She still is listed as the NCAA Career Shutout leader. Kathy is a wonderful pitching coach for beginners through college pitchers. Her students have great mechanics, and are VERY loyal.
I would highly recommend her for anyone in the Ventura County/San Fernando Valley area.

Without a doubt in my mind the #1 pitching coach in the OC.

Although I have not heard from these coaches in a while, a few note-worthy names are; Aaron Samson, Jeff Duncan, and/or Shawn Duncan. Good luck !!
