It will be the best thing that you have and will ever experience in softball for the next few years. Even with the humidity.

Why? What makes this one special?

It's ASA 16U. College coaches everywhere. Best of all, it's in Alabama where the champs reign.

College coaches and being in the same state where the current NCAA champ resides?

Really? That's it?

Wouldn't that be any showcase or ASA national tournament in CA or AZ for most of the last 20 years without the humidity?

Will the Alabama team and Jackie Traina be making an appearance? I was just in Colorado for the Sparkler and Jolene Henderson and Monica Abbott were staying at our hotel.

Please tell me you have more....

LOL...It's a good thing Alabama didn't listen to you. In what parts of the country did the Tides recruit from?

It will be Hot, Hot!!! Park is ok... Not a lot to do in Montgomery. 2008 was the hottest opening ceremonies we have ever been to. (That includes Auburn 2007, Normal 2009, Moline 2010, Midland 2011). I am from Alabama and would never go to Montgomery just to go there. About as boring as Moline, Normal, and Midland.. You go for the softball and the exposure, if you expect more than that you will be disappointed, badly..

Put it this way, We are so glad to be going to California this year ;))))

Thanks for not disappointing me (as usual) and avoiding the question by deflecting.

By the way, the Alabama team won't likely be there because all their players have gone home for the summer...back to where they live or actually want to be during this time of year.

Same old Battle...
