Goes without saying...same goes for John Woo's "The Killer"--the dubbed version blows.

However I do prefer the dubbed Shogun Assassin--whether accurately translated or not, the dialogue is comically awesome.

Agree. There are some Kung Fu movies for which the "stupidity button" actually enhances the movie for the reason you outlined above.

Azumi is so good (not to mention wonderfully bloody) that such hilarity is not only unneeded, but out of place. Look forward to your movie review.

I read these posts for information and some occasional entertainment, and I'm sorry guys but all this name calling has gotten a bit repetitious (boring), with no one advancing their argument much beyond "you're a bully". It's well established that Addiction bullies 10U's, and Sam bullies idiotic HB members.

If I recall, didn't 4 or 5 or 6 teams drop out of Fresno. Why the focus on one? Particularly since it's been established why they dropped - injuries. That, to me, is a legitimate excuse. It's one thing to go to friendlies with 8 or 9 players, another altogether to a major tournament far from home. Especially with 10 year olds.

So we know one team, we know why, so let's move beyond them. There is really nothing to be gained by heaping insult upon insult on a team of 10U's, made up of girls just like our own (at one point) who haven't, themselves, done anything wrong.

If the point of this thread has transformed to inform HB members of who dropped out of Fresno, then someone who advocates calling out teams for dropping should compile a list, determine why they dropped, post it here and we'll all know.

As for the tete d' tete between Sam and Addiction, if you're going to keep at it by all means do so, but if so, please get creative and step it up (increase the entertainment value). Leave the 10U girls out of it. Start a new thread, S vs A perhaps, and go mano a mano.

BTW, including the previous thread from a week or two ago when you two went at it, my scoring has:

Round 1 to Sam
Round 2 (this one) a draw (more like a stalemate, really) Although Sam may be gaining the edge because he's honest about who and where he is and seems perfectly willing to take this beyond cyberspace and into the ring.

Sam continues to keep his buddies team in the spot light, not me (go back and read the entire thread). I stated my opinion, Sam didnt like it for obvious reasons, so he decides to attack me and my opinion, insulting the folks of Fresno in the process.

I continuously ask Sam to stop stalking me and my posts but he continues to follow me around like a dog in heat (bitch)

I have tried to let this crap go, Sam keeps on attacking, I will continue to attack back, its a two way street, its that simple
