No kidding, I leave both my vehicles running all night long trying to speed up the process.

cancel.....schmancel....played in an event last weekend with the thermometer hovering right around 35 degrees on Saturday evening/Sunday morning ("exposure tournament" takes on a whole new meaning at these temps!!)...lots of propane portable heaters on site to keep the girls warm....slightly warmer this weekend in Chicagoland for another. A lot of girls were using teammates composites in the really cold parts of the day and leaving their metal bats in the bag.

I hope they don't cancel it, it's the last one the team has scheduled for this fall.

Well, a couple of her teammates do have nice shiny new white/purple stealths that they recently got off ebay (probably for a pretty penny, if I were to guess), maybe she could borrow one of those

So, should I hide her TZ or will cold temps not hurt it? As little as she's been able to work on hitting the last few weeks, it may not matter

If it were me, I'd swing it but I can't actually say that.

When was the last time anyone called us up and said, "I'm a bonehead and I hit my bat in 40° so I want you to replace it? NEVER, the call up and say, "It was sunny, and 70° and my bat dented." It is not uncommon for us to replace both. But you didn't hear that from me.

With that said, the TechZilla is my go to bat in cold weather but I have a warehouse full of them . . .

It's the green one, and no, it didn't dent, although temps were around 40 F Saturday evening, and she hit a couple fairly hard.

One of her teammates did break an Icon yesterday though, right at the end of the grip.

I saw some stealths, at least one phenix, and some other composites being used, but didn't see any other broken bats.
