Dropn n,

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're right. She was playing 16U (Jan B'day) and the team pretty much imploded last month. She may surprise me and pick up her glove in April to get ready for post CIF tryouts but the lure of a job will probably get the best of her. That's what I get for living across the street from a mall.

Who needs lateral speed when there is a picture of you under "lateral" in the dictionary?

Thanks!

"Just got the Demarini CF3 32/22 yesterday. Coming off two white/purple stealths which IMO are great sticks, she likes the balance in the new bat, and is anxious to use in game. Does the Demarini CF3 get hotter as you use it?"

Our experience with DeMarini is that they get hotter but when they start to go, thats it ... let them be the cold day cage bat, then fungo, then leave them laying in the back yard to hit old dirty slobbered on balls for your Lab ... the twin walls break in quick and have great pop WHEN you hit the sweet spot, which was very small on the older models F2 & F3 specifically ... anything below the sweet spot or above it is very weak ... as is the customer service ( see,I told you I would spread the word every chance I got Mr. Notsoniceonthephone ) ... when ordering 2 Bats, 2 ounces apart, beware that they may come in the same weight because being one ounce off in either direction is considered an acceptable tolerance ... as for the new DeMarini's I'm not sure since having to pay for shipping both ways and ending up with something I didn't order, I have not and will not ....

All 3 DD's ( 19, 17 & 17 ) swing the Easton Purple and White CNT, 34-24 Replacements ... their back-ups are outdated Easton Stealths and one Miken that isn't too much ...
