Swing mechanics or timing???

I try and change speeds almost every pitch when throwing to men especially upper level guys because those guys are used to seeing 80+ with movement. Slower speeds don't stop them from hitting but it gives the fielders a chance to make a play. When I throw BP to girls truth be told I can throw the same speed every pitch but just spin it and change location and most will struggle. That's why I think with girls timing is something that needs to get taught more. I swear from what I have seen most girls have better mechanically sound swings then a large majority of the men I face.....
