What do you think makes a good coach?
Is it their ability to bring the best out in a player?
Is it their recruiting? or
Is it their ability to make good game time decisions?
I have found that most teams have coaches who excel in one of these three but it's rare to find a coach who excels at all three. What do you think? Which quality do you find to be the most important?
