How to tell if bat is dead?

What's on your mind?

by Judd » Sun Apr 27, 2008 3:25 am

How do you test your bat and see if it still has the same pop? I have heard people grab the barrel and drop the knob on the ground and listen for a tinging or vibrating noise versus a thud. DD says her bat is dead. Its a Stealth, about a year old. I say yeah right.

BTW this happened to be 4 hours after I told her about the Techzilla supposedly being better than the RT

Judd,

Your DD is trying to get over on you! LOL

My DD has a Stealth about the same age and the bat is still smokin' hot! She has played about 100 games with it and has hit COUNTLESS balls during practice. She is also very good at taking care of it . The worst thing that happens to it is when some dumb pu picks it up off the ground and throws it end-over-end to the dugout! Dang, I want to kill them when that happens.

Hold a mirror under its nostrils.
