Stretching Before Games Decreases Your Performance

The OP is talking about static stretching....sitting around in a circle and performing stretches that don't require movement at the joint.

I think he is OK with dynamic stretching: jogging before sprinting...easy short throws before long throws, etc.

I'm going to try his theory this weekend.
Run your mouth when I'm not around
