Rising Stars?Is it a good Showcase to go to?Being From the best coast,never heard of it.

I think so. There a a lot of top coaches there. It does rain a lot at the place where it is held, which is a bad thing as many games end up being cancelled. Your team needs to be at the main complex as the other fields are not frequented as much by coaches.
