I got mine off of Ebay. I am not sure, but I think I just made my tennis shoes into slip ons - which might come in handy as I get older.
Since they are elastic, you would just have to get them adjusted really tight to work with cleats. I don't know if you really want your cleats to slip on and off, but you wouldn't have to wear them that way. The girls could just use them to lock the shoestring.
They come in various colors. Maybe running stores have them.
