Canadian Cup

Has anybody gone? Is it worth scheduling for a 16U? Would mean two weeks on the road coming right after Denver.

Canada Cup is one of the best tournaments around. I don't think the competition is that great at the 16U level, as they have only been offering it for a few years. My DD went one year on an 18U team and played three years on a Women's team. Great facilities, friendly people and a wonderful venue.

The Canada Cup is a great tournament and a fun experience. My daughter played one year in the women's division on a college all-star team and had a blast. It was fun for the girls to play the national teams from other countries.

The best part of the tournament is that they have a division for specially challenged players, and everyone turns out to watch them play and support them.

Softball City is a nice complex - pretty of good, cold Canadian beer! The Futures division for the girls 16U seems competitive.

Great trip to make if your team can pull it off....
