Andy Pettite is coming home and taking over the TPS 12U head coach position. Yankees are out so he is in.

These posts always make me laugh.
You come on here to stir some schiat but you won't just man up and say what you want to say. You are hoping someone else will jump in and air your dirt for you. Either post what is going on, if you feel it is worthy of national attention, or keep it to yourself.
I don't even know you but I already feel sorry for your DD's team.

Yeah...the first word that came to mind was "transparent." As in, this is a Post 1 maroon pretending to be affiliated with TPS in order to start some trash talk about them.

Then I couldn't figure out what the was for...so I thought the whole post might be satirical...teasing the rumor-mongers or some such.

Then I realized this was Texas and stopped caring either way.

Okay I am trying not to sound rude .The facts are TPS 97 is no longer a team.Everyone should remember this is about little girls.I truly hope each and everyone of them will find another team this is a team of girls that played with heart.They had a great run and to no fault of theirs this team disbanned.Yes I know the facts but nothing good comes out of rumors or gossip .Coaches in the area if you have a spot open contact some of these girls I know that they are all looking.

12U little girls rarely cause a team to fold. It is not about the little girls, look deeper into the parents and coaches (adults). I think you will find that youth sports have not been about the kids in some time (watch a rec T-ball game, any rec T-Ball game for the last 10 - 20 years). Would kids really call themselves "XXX Gold" or would the call themselves the "name their favorite sports team"?

The unfortunate situation is that kids get caught up in the parents fury.

I can say this was not about the parents!!This group jived well.This is about poor timming . I am just trying to post so these girls have a chance to get on a team .And to stop ugly rumors.Jodie McBride did very well with this team this is not a reflection of him at all it is now very crystal clear that he was the driving factor for this team.He was not the coach of 97 tps when it disbanned he is a coach for 2nd 10yr TPS.

We are a nationwide board. There is too much going on in the US w/o trying to figure out 12U in Deer Park TX. Don't you have a local board or a newspaper that you can write letters to the editor to?

Sorry Tucson didn't mean to step on your toes.No This is the first time I have ever posted or had a nickname for a sports site.I heard about heybucket and was trying to get the word out these girls need a team.I saw the rumor mill and responded to the forum .We are outside Houston Texas.I thought that people that checked this blog would know where we were why else check under rumor about Deer Park TPS.I didn't start this blog just responded.
