Do rise balls actually rise?

Can anyone direct me to any websites that show scientific proof of whether or not a rise ball actually rises? Other than the sports science show that was shown last year on TV, I haven't been able to find much about it. Thanks!

They do rise but only east of the Mississippi on the second Tuesday following the Autumnal Equinox with rotational technique and no crow-hop.

They have talked about this over and over again on this site. Revolutions of the ball per second, gravity, force, blah blah blah, impossible, jumps up late, jumps up early. I wish they had the answer. 1700 rpm, 5500 is what you need, E=mc2
