What's on your mind?

Sam's first response in the Pole Barn thread is itself a classic.

"34 pages with 37 posts by Skarp"

Oh dear. That must be a real page-turner.

Ahh, the shim. That was actually the day I first met Art, so a momentous day all around.

My camera never did work quite the same again...

Wow, bringing back old memories. I remember hearing about Heybucket for the first time about 6 years ago. My DD's travel coach told the parents to stay off of Heybucket after someone posted some smack. I needed to see it for myself and got sucked into the dark side.

I hate to break up the 3-way lovefest going on here, but back to the OP; 75 freakin' pages of self-absorbed, myopic, disengenuous, babblings about 10U (recball +1), you old guys were living the dream!

Well, now do some of the replies make sense?
It was deja vu all over again...
And someone has to dig up some other classics, like when "Boo", the 10u phenom from I think the Louisiana Bayou, who throws 58 was met by skepticism....and then those are always followed by a flood of insulted new posters, claiming Boo does throw 58, and to get over it, and don't talk about what you don't know...I still remember the catcher's camo gear in the team pic...

Dammit, the Shim...my corneas burned again!
Deserve's got nothin' to do with it.
