Cancel membership

I tried to cancel my membership 2 weeks ago. It says to click on the button that says to cancel auto renewal. I have clicked on that button 100 times. You just charged me the renewal fee. Who can help cancel my membership?

How to cancel Heybucket membership

To cancel your PayPal recurring payment, login at PayPal and handle the cancelation there as we do not actually control the subscription.
 
After logging in and going to your dashboard, mouse over your name in the upper right corner
Then click account setting
Then on the left side click  Website payments under PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Next, you should see UPDATE to the right of My automatic payments
 
Select the merchant's name or email address.
Click Cancel.
Click Cancel Automatic Payments.
Click Done.
