Did somebody actually go and watch every try out? How do you know who is on each team?

Just wondering how the ratings were decided. I don't know very many of the girls so didn't know how you would know the rating until the tournaments begin

It's actually not that hard.

While it is still opinion of course, the fact is, Arizona softball is not complex like California where

there are many many talented teams.

Just like last year in 12U, where there were 4 teams that were clearly above the rest.

Dynasty, Team Az, CG Heat and Hotshots with Wildfire staying close behind.

The teams below these were competative but could'nt beat these teams.

This year in 12's, it is no different. The best 98 teams from last year will shine.

Suncats in Tucson have always had the best teams at the lower age levels.

In Phx, 98 teams were Bees, Hotshots-Devers and Lil Saints.

Lil Saints disbanded with pretty much half going to Bees and half going to Hotshots-Devers.

The remaining teams are a mixture of exsisting teams from last year and new teams, but the

player core, coaching etc has pretty much remained the same.Frankly, pretty easy to assess

how things are going to pan out.

Also, these are pre season rankings, just that.

Same ideas hold true for 14's with the 10's being new and needing to be seen.

While I would like to take credit for being brilliant, it's not rocket science in Arizona with teams.

Hats off to Bracky who has to take alot into account with many excellent teams in Cali.
