SUMMER INDOOR CONDITIONING & HITTING CLINICS FOR 6 WEEKS OF SUMMER!

6 WEEKS OF CLINICS TO TEACH SOFTBALL CONDITIONG AND HITTING MECHANICS: Two hour classes (offered every Tuesday and Thursday) will include 45 minutes of plyometrics, speed, and basic footwork needed to advance in the game of softball. One Hour will consist of extensive drills to teach proper swing mechanics, and learn to hit all types of pitches with consistency. We teach our students mechanics needed to hit line drives!

*Low player to coach ratio (6:1)
*Softball players will be grouped by age and skill level
*Extensive repetitions for proper hitting mechanics
*Focus on mental preparation for that big game
*Focus on proper attitude and approach for college recruitment
*Learn the conditioning/speed drills that local players perform in college softball

WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday starting on June 19th, 2012

TIME: 11 AM-1 PM (Class will be 45 minutes of softball conditioning, and one hour of hitting lessons)

DATES: June 19, 21, 26, & 28th. July 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, & 26th, 2012

LOCATION: All Clinics held at AZ SOFTBALL ACADEMY, INDOOR HITTING AND TRAINING FACILITY.
