Almost every inning lead off batter awarded 1B on balls due to IPs being called
Once the runner is on the BU never calls another one until runner is retired or new inning and the scenario replays.
I have an idea but can I get an explanation as to why the BU would not call any IPs with a runner on base?
Different position and view of the pitcher, could be one reason.
