A couple of questions on pitching rules

ASA rules, sorry I don't have a 2008 rule book in front of me.

1. During the pitchers wind up, does she have to place the ball into her glove(present the ball) or just have the ball touch the outside of the glove?

2. I'm hearing that the pitcher now has to have at least half her foot on the pitching rubber instead of a heal or toe. Is this true for ASA? I think it's a High scholl rule that I'm getting feedback on.

The hands must come together prior to the pitch being started. Both feet must be in contact with the pitching plate not on must be in contact with the pitching plate.

You're getting feedback on a NCAA pitching rule.

6.1

D. While on the pitcher’s plate, the pitcher shall take the signal or appear to
take a signal with the hands separated. The ball must remain in either the
glove or pitching hand.

E. The pitcher shall bring the hands together for not less than one second and
not more than 10 seconds before releasing it,

Outside the glove / inside the glove is fine, as long as the hands are brought together.

Your description of presenting the ball is not my understanding of that; however, that doesnt matter as "Presenting the ball" under any definition is not an ASA rule.
