br stealing 3B, as catcher steps back to make the throw to 3B the batter takes one foot out of the box and the throw hits the batter standing one foot in and one foot out of the box. What should the call be?

Same as on eteamz. INT, batter is out, all runners return to last base.

I believe that to be a judgement call, but I'd like to refer to specific rule.

It's a judgement call. If the PU believes that the batter did anything unusual, they should always call INT. Here is a similar one I had last year. I'm PU, R1 on 2B. RH batter. Pitch thrown, R1 tries to steal 3B. Catcher (F2) throws ball toward 3B hits batter in the helmit. Batter never moved. Ball bounces off batter over the backstop into dead ball territory.

Ruling: Dead ball, R1 awarded 3B and Home, (2 bases from the realease of the throw), no interference
