The UIC does not have the power some of you think.

In the case of a protest, after court is heard, the UIC will go to the Umpire that made the ruling in the game and might even say, "Blue you were wrong, here is the correct interpretation."
At this point, it STILL up to the umpire who made the ruling to either overturn his/her own call or stick with it - EVEN THOUGH THEY MIGHT BE WRONG AS HELL! And then double wrong for not going with the UIC interpretation.

Point is, that the UIC is not authorized to make any calls.
