If the batters knee is over the plate and the pitcher hits her in the knee should the batter get the base?

If the batter gets hit by a pitch that is in the strike zone, it is a dead ball, strike on the batter, batter does not get the base.

Ha! It doesn't which is why I did not read into the OP. Until state differently, I have to assume Young01 gave us all the necessary info.
