From that picture what are you defining as illegal? With F5's hand over her back foot you cant tell if it is in the air or not plus her plant foot is already on ground.

Could be the angle, but looks like a sidearm delivery.

Should be illegal just for making that face.Years ago there was a pitcher at Saddleback College that yelled and it sounded like she was yelling "hot dog" I always got hungry when she pitched :P
