Umpire interference

Rule question? Get it answered here.

well it was all intresting to read , but the truth is that umpires are part of the field ! unfortunate that they do tend to get in the way for many diffrent reasons! However the correct call would be what ever happened either out or safe ! You can read all you want but umpires are part of the field just like football or any other sport , if you run into them if a ball comes off of them in fair territory , you hit them with the ball while throwing , none of it matters ! It does make some catchers angry and they have tendancies to move the umpire out of their way with force ( can get you ejected ) but they are human and make mistakes !

Not sure which rule book you are using, but despite what has been written are you saying that:
if a ball comes off of them in fair territory (despite positioning relating to an infielder) or if an umpire interferes with F2's attempt to retire a stealing runner , there can be NO INTERFERENCE?
If that is what you are saying, I disagree.

You can say that again!
