IF A TOURNAMENTS RULES SAY 1HR 15MIN NO NEW INN DROP DEAD AT 1HR 20MIN IN BRACKET PLAY, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? DOES THE SCORE REVERT BACK TO LAST INNING?

No new inning can start after 1:15, at 1:20 the game is over. Typically if the home team has not batted, or completed their at bat when the time has expired and is still behind, the score would revert to the last complete inning of play. But, you would need to see the specific tournament rules to see if they have any alternate tournament rules in place.

Drop dead means just what it says.. at 80 mins, ball game.
But there is not standard provision for how drop dead games are quantified for standings.
This is entirely based on the individual event.
Some revert, some just use last score. Ask TD.

Another variable dictated by the local event has to do with the last batter.
At showcases, when the drop dead time limit occurs with a batter at the plate, the allow the last batter to finish her turn at bat. Other events will kill the game in the middle of an At-Bat.

If home team is at bat and ahead then score stands and game is over. If visitor is at bat then game is over and score reverts back to previous inning is my understanding.

As you can see, one question, dozen or so answers, all valid in their own right though some don't seem to fall into a "drop dead" scenario.

Regardless, just shows you need to check with whomever is responsible for the tournament/league which published the rule for a clear definition.

In addition to what others have offered ... I'm not sure (after all your yelling) if this was a one day or multi day tourny ... But sometimes the rules that apply on Saturday don't always apply on Sunday ...

I would read the tournament rules which u should have been given when u checked the team in. Sounds like both games were on the same day, so the post about different drop dead rules from one day to next does not seem valid. You should have asked TD where in the rules does drop dead means inning must be completed. If this was an elimination game then the TD is probably right, if during bracket play then I guess he can make up his own rules.
