pitcher walks one in first
Later in game a runner reaches on a dropped third strike that got by catcher (was a dropball) catcher never attempted to throwto first (long distance to backstop)
pitcher doesn't allow any hits.

how is the dropped 3rd strike recorded? Is the game considered a no-hitter?

Geez, I'll even take a stab at this one.........According to the OP, no one got a hit therefore it's a no-hiiter.

And the K is a K-WP or K-PB

"The official scorer shall charge a catcher with a passed ball when the catcher fails to hold or to control a legally pitched ball that should have been held or controlled with ordinary effort, thereby permitting a runner or runners to advance. When the third strike is a passed ball, permitting the batter to reach first base, the official scorer shall score a strikeout and a passed ball."

Couple years back ... Rec ball District Finals ... as usual there is never enough pitchers so you have to make due and try to keep everyone under 3 innings per game with a max of 15 innings for the tourny ... Our only real pitcher goes out for the first 3 innings and doesn't allow anyone to reach base ... my DD goes out in the 4th ( not a pitcher ) and drills the first batter, K's the second, drills the 3rd, K's the 4th, drills the 5th, K's the 6th ... next inning we put in another gal ( not a pitcher ) who doesn't give up a hit for the remander of the game ... After the game, I commend the team for having 3 pitchers combine on a No-Hitter ! ... my DD says, " What do you mean? I hit 3 of them pretty good "
Yes, your scenario is a no-hitter also.

OK, I'll add my cute DD story.

She's 5 and getting ready for a t-ball game. Almost out the door I notice that something is amiss with her shoes. I tell her, "Your shoes are on the wrong feet.". She looked puzzled and after a moment replied, "But I don't have any other feet."

LMAOWIOAB ... okay, since we are going back to when they were younger ... back in the day, I rush in the house from working late ... my oldest DD who is 4 at the time asks whats wrong ... I tell her that I have a game in less than 30 minutes and have to go ... throw on my uniform and DD is waiting for me at the door by my bat bag ... I plant a smooch on her and race to the game ... knowing I'm late, I get my cleats out of the bag and slip them on at a red light ... they feel a little funny but wtf ... I get to the field just in time to jog out to center field ... after a couple outs I look down at my right cleat and notice something oozing out from around my ankle ... after the third out I jog in to the dugout and discover that my daughter thought I may be hungry at the game and had inserted a peeled banana into my cleat for me ....
