History of Rule Changes

Does anyone have a summary of significant rule changes in the various organizations (ASA, NFHS, NCAA, USSSA, NSA, etc)? I am curious about pitching distance changes, equipment changes (bat standards, ball standards, metal vs rubber cleats) and the like. Not to interested in the finer details of most of the rules changes, just the major changes.

...finding rules on NFHS is like looking for Jimmy Hoffa...getting HS umps to go by them is like a gunfight with the gangsters who whacked Hoffa.
I don't know how...but somehow our HS umps get worse every year...pathetic, do not give a *&^% there for a check....saw one last night who had his mind on 9 juke joints he'd rather be at instead of a game...

Not like HS coaches have any clue about the rules. You would think a varsity HS coach would know they can make a dead ball appeal, and then not ask how long ago they changed the rule.
