Totally agree - but at the same time - if you're going to call "delay" strikes on the turtle batter, you need to be consistent and call "delay" balls on the turtle pitcher (usually because the pitching coach is sending nuclear launch codes as signs or because the pitcher is pissed she didn't get the previous call)...
