Missing Bases on Home Run

Rule question? Get it answered here.

You have a runner on first and the batter hits a homerun. As the batter is rounding the bases she misses first and third. You as the opposing coach appeals this after she has crossed home plate. You first have it appealed to first, but the ump at first was not paying attention and missed her missing the bag. MY QUESTION is can you make another appeal to third base to see if she missed this base? Or once you have made one appeal on this play, is it over?

If the ump had seen her miss first, she would be out and the runner in front of her would not have been able to score? Is that correct?

If the appeal to third was made and she was out there, the runner in front of her would have counted? Is that correct.

How many outs were there when the homerun was hit?

You can appeal the missed base in any order ... If you appealed 3rd base first and she was called out ( even if it was for the 3rd out ), you may appeal first base for the '4th' out, which under the proper circumstances may negate a preceding runner from scoring if you get the call ...

or is it? A fourth out appeal can only be made on a runner who has scored. If ruled out for missing 3B, the appeal at 1B was not on a runner whom scored and you cannot call the same player out twice on one play.
