Ha. Thats a nothing weak sauce crow hop for mens. I've had them say "Hey blue, dont they have to keep the crow hop within the circle."

That one is a first for me. Have seen leaps, crow hops and small steps with the push foot. Never had I seen just a long step with the push foot.
This year at the ISC World tourney several IPs were called for early movement of the push foot. Even the rocking motion of lifting the toes brought the call.
