Best and worst high school coaching staffs

High school softball can be miserable or great all depending on the coaching staffs, considering it is much different than travel ball coaching staffs. Which high schools have the best and worst programs?

Bonita Vista, in Chula Vista has a great Softball program. head coach Bob Carlson and Coach Hensley.

IMO, hands down Mission Viejo HS with Coach Ybarra and Coach Mascarenas.

Absolute best in the IE....Coach of the year 2012...Johnny Munoz Vista Del Lago HS.

So innovative too. Last year he used colored popsicle sticks to give signs to the batters. Team went 11-1, oops I mean 1-11.

Team will never get past him... shame.

My guess for 1 of the best would be Grand Terrace H.S.. Head coach Bobby Flores and assistant coach Javier Olmos..

By far Patrick Henry in (SD) Coach Forrest Levinson has got to be one of the best coaches in San Diego he coached at SDSU D1 for a few years before that coached at every level of travel 10u to 18gold and he has always won were ever he has gone. Henry has been down ever since he left 5 years ago .He came back last season and they did very well 2nd round cif and I would bet this year he will do even better. He is also one of the BEST hitting coaches around .I think he is with Power Surge right now and I am sure his team is doing good.

If your High School coaches are worse than La Mirada High then I feel sorry for you. You would think the home of the greatest softball player/spokesman would have a better program but no.... Jennie Finch is probably embarrassed of of her hometown school. Many girls transfer before freshman year or quit mid season.

LM coaches consist of a State Farm agent that hates travl ball and doesnt allow freshman to make varsity.
An old guy that can barely walk or speak
A LM Bobby Sox coach (a league below rec ball)
And a guy who's kid plays on a good travel team but has no say in anything and seems annoyed at the other coaches

If LM posted for a new head coach they would probably have some good candidates but instead they will stick with this idiots
