...and by the way. I believe that Sam's point is that you shouldn't call somebody out by first and last name. If you do take it to that level, then the person that you are slamming deserves to know who it is coming from.

If in fact this did happen I blame it on each player's parents. How can a coach have so much control over players that the parents would let their dd's violate CIF rules to play in a tournament that means nothing.

Not that I now if this information is true or not, but, I can tell you from experience, when I played in HS, the coach forgot to tell the new girls the rule. The returning players all knew the rule. I had played in a rec. ball game and a girl (who had a sister that was not playing as I had her position) had seen me play and turned me and another girl in. Neither of us had known about the rule. As for my mother knowing, she was a working single mom and really never made it to any of my HS games for all of my sports so she had no idea what was going on. Good thing and not so good thing was the school was not told to forfeit any games. The one girl was allowed to continue the season and play, and I was removed from the team.

Exactly!.............Great point. "IF" this is true, it is on the coach for being negligent, ignorant, or calculated! He should definitely know who is a HS player and should not put the player, her parents, or the school in that predicament.

Sam......just a suggestion. Even though the OP refuses to acknowledge in words that he may be over the line, by his actions at least he went back and edited his original post to remove the guys full name and affiliation.

I'm sure others from the area can figure it out from the remaining clues, but thought that maybe you could edit your initial response which still contains the full name/affiliation via the quote.

So, exactly how does knowing MY last name, whom did not originate this post, make any difference into the allegations within this post? I am simply replying with the fact that it would not surprise me, being as I actually know this coach and have an "opinion" on the subject. And, I actually gave my REAL first name. More than most do in this "opinion" based website.

I understand your concern, as far as false accusations being put out there. But, "IF" true, I am simply saying it would not surprise"ME". What, in that statement needs me to divulge my first and last name, address, zip code, etc?
