I'm not sure how to quantify that but it should be factored in somehow.

Solid pitching again! They will make a run, not sure if they have the offensive to match up with the top 94 teams at Nationals. Should be able to play with any of the 95s. Pollster comments: “Above average pitching and defense, not sure if they have the bats to be a contender…a couple key additions away.”

Well, Art "Sandbagger" Cordova has been doing a Pete Carroll imitation since the end of the fall season. He has added three very strong bats to his lineup (two '94 8th graders and one huge '95 7th grader). One of the new players is also a very effective pitcher.
That #10 ranking needs to be adjusted !!
