Missing girl

by weekend4trvl » Tue Mar 02, 2010 11:28 pm

I haven't been this mad since the Samantha Runyon murder...

1) burn the mothers house to the ground for birthing the monster. She's probably a f-ing psychopath anyways.
2) the victims father(s) will have to wait until the trial for his chance the kill the POS...a high strength nylon tie wrap may do it. Can be easily slipped into the courtroom and if he gets the chance he could almost decapitate him with it. Good chance it will kill him either way. That will get you about five years in prison...no problem.

Also the police chief needs to resign immediately. A woman was attacked Dec 27th. on the same running trail and the public was not warned.

I just saw the news on this. I am sickened and angry! When are we as a society going to finally realize that you cant cure these sick bastards and they at the very least should be locked up forever. I would put this bastard in a tree shredder feet first. This guy should never have been let out of prison. This bleedding heart crap just cost a beautiful and bright young lady her life. Unbelievable :x :x :x :x :x

Without a robust adversarial legal system we would all be at the mercy of anyone in power who wanted to mess with us. The government has to be able to prove its case against a competent defense. If it can't, then it has no business putting anyone in jail.

That said, you guys are clearly rank amateurs in the revenge business. Nary a mention of blowtorches or dental drills. And what's with this quick death nonsense?

I am just at a loss for how people like these remain on the loose to continue harming people. He raped a 13-year-old girl. 13. She is undoubtedly scarred for life. In essence, he murdered the person that she was supposed to become...and the persons that all of her loved ones were supposed to become. Why hasn't anyone repaid him the favor yet? Why was he able to do it again?

This is a case where the lslamists should be held in high regard because of how they deal with their sewage and scum. There simply is no second chance...

Reality is that none of us will get to this guy...drill holes in his teeth, smash his fingers, or any of that stuff he surely deserves.

The real issue here is that all of us are livid right now because these guys find their way back to our neighborhoods, our schools, our sport complexes. Next week though, we'll go about our business as usual...judges and prosecutors will continue to legislate from the bench with plea bargins and liberal interpretations of the law. The "three strikes" law that started in California was a great idea. Unfortunately, it applies to minor offenders too that get busted for smoking pot while sex offenders get a second and/or third chance. The "three strikes" law was enacted because the public demanded action from our legislators. If you want to change the laws..., say "one strike" for sex offenders... it will take an act of congress!!!. Take the decision away from judges. TODAY...do something about it!!!

Start here...w/ letters, faxes and phone calls. Your daughters deserve nothing less...

One reason no one has repaid him is since California obviously didnt want to embarrass him by informing his victims when they released him, those closest didnt know.

Also go to: http://www.govit.com/email_congress/.

This is the quickest, easiest way to get your message to your congress person. Forward this to any and all of your friends, relatives, teammates, coaches...EVERYONE.

A sample script could be:

Dear Congressman(woman) ___________

As a parent, I am outraged at the recent news of the death of Chelsea King in San Diego California.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,587787,00.html

The suspect in this case, John Albert Gardner III, was allowed to walk away from prison after serving only five years in prison for molesting a girl a decade ago after prosecutors rejected a psychiatrist's advice to seek a stiffer punishment. Prosecutors said in 2000 that Gardner's lack of significant prior criminal record justified less than the maximum sentence for molesting a 13-year-old girl.

Fill in your statement from here:

"Repaying" him or anyone else is a feel good gesture that looks great on HB, but won't do jack sh#t about the problem. Until the public (you and me) demands a change on the laws, we can all sit around and throw spitwads at this guy and his buddies.

My friend, unfortunately I know more about this than you can possibly know. I dont trust the law enforcement, and I dont trust the legal system. When we went through this, the police were more interested in keeping me in control than they were in investigating the crime. The legal system is who released the animals in both cases. The best help I was offered came from outside and I did not accept that help.

Youtube??? What will that accomplish?

BTW...I don't pretend to walk in your shoes or "know more about this that I can possibly know". Regardless of your experiences, frustrations, distrust...giving up or giving in to the "system" is the epitome of defeatism. At this point, the real trouble starts.
