I think what he is saying is that not all the top 10u players have gone travel. Most parents aren't ready for the commitment and the cost of travel. After 10u it is difficult to have dd improve her skills in 12u rec.

Wonder how many years from now someone will being saying the same thing about 8u travel and 10u rec.
