Who'll stop the rain

by Backnine » Sun Feb 10, 2019 2:41 pm

Whatever happened to "it never rains in southern California." How many tryouts, friendlies, tourneys and practices have had to be canceled this year. And no relief in sight. More rain coming. I dont like sunblock but I am longing to put some on. My daughters team practices at a big indoor facility so they are getting work in but it is not the same.

Well since most of these super coaches are obsessed with “training” these girls every available minute at least Mother Nature is helping to give them some time off.
Everyone will be just fine. Not scholarships will be lost because of some rain

Training is fun! Thats a bonus to have indoor available!
Prepare and appreciate the field time more!

My 16u team is dark, but at least DD is getting reps w/ the HS team. My son is missing out on 14u baseball practice though

I hate this rain crap. I have been getting a ton of gloves to relace and rehab though so I'm sort of staying out of trouble
