Yes, they joined the Impact organization after nationals. They are still a very talented team, having beaten most of the teams that finished in the top 10 of this qualifier.

Thanks for the kind words LEE. The 98 Impact have been working extremely hard to prepare for Indiana. As a first year team we will have it hard but a top 20 finish will be satisfying. Since last fall the only Ga. 97s we haven't beat are the 97 Impact Lost 4-3 the 97 Atl. Vipers lost 3-1 and the 97 Force lost 3-0. And I agree about the 97 Impact. They are "freakishly" good this year and got a shot at the title. After playing in the Elite 14A tournament and placing third against all the top 95s they are ready for anything. I think Buster said their record is like 80-2 since last fall and those 2 loses were to the 95 East Cobb Bullets (Walters) with one score being an incredible 2-1. All those 14s you got listed were at the Elite tourney too. Ga. has a good shot this year in 12s.
