Top 10U Teams?

Anyone got any ideas as to who the top 10U teams will be in Illinois? Metro and non-Metro?

The 10u Quad City Firebirds should be tough. This will make 3 yrs together at 10u for a core group of girls on that team and that experience should really show as they progress into the big games this summer. Don't have any info on other Quad City area 10u teams.

The 02 Firebirds.... .02 heartland havoc and the north scott lightning will all be tough teams in the Quad city area.

I would not leave out the Milan Aces from the Quad Cities.

So that's it? Nothing outside of the Quad Cities to speak of?

Another team that may be a sleeper from QCA is the Lady Hitmen. They will build until they get it right.

Ok, forget I asked. This thread just lost all credibility with that last post.

In my opinion the lady hitmen did just fine for a first year team last year and will continue to improve. They will be successful in time. Maybe sooner than you think.

Come on now, they are only 10-11 years old. The one thing Hitman has going for them is the organization. Fast pitch is fairly new for them but give them a few years and they will be strong.
