Solid 18U Team Playing ASA Needs 1

by indysmb » Thu Mar 24, 2011 5:45 pm

The Indiana Invaders are looking for someone to round out their roster. This is a solid team with no real needs. Any position will be considered. This team is all signed so we are playing the three Indiana ASA softball tourneys and ASA/USA nationals in Bloomington, Illiinois. We will add one tourney in July to stay fresh. Low cost. If interested let us know.

The Invaders still need one solid 16 or 18U player.

If you are still looking, I may have a candidate. A junior CF, is the lead off hitter for an Indy high school still playing in the Regional round of the IHSAA State Tourney. 2 year converted LH full swing slapper who can drag bunt if needed. Very solid AND REAL offensive stats. Better than average speed. Not a huge stolen base threat, but a smart base runner. 45+ chances of error free defense. Call 317-313-7056 if interested. If no answer leave a message and I will return call.

I know Greg called you. He said your player may be interested. Have you heard? We have a few players inquiring so we just need to get the first one to commit.

She has your info and is aware of my conversation with Greg. I understand everyone's need to know and so does she. But, the turn around time from our win Tuesday night and getting ready to travel south 3 hours on Friday for Semi-State on Saturday has been very hectic for all of us. Her lone focus right now is trying to win a State Title. Between trying to get my clients taken care of in a short week to begin with, travel plans and arrangements for the weekend, team functions and practice, I have had no extra time the last two days. I talked to her last night at practice and told her that win or lose this weekend, she needs to get busy the first of next week and get something done regarding softball for the summer. If you can wait until then and she ends up with your team, she will be worth the wait. If you can't wait, that is understandable.
