Congratulations to Magic Gold 14U!

Will someone from the Magic Gold 14U please tell me and the other HB followers more about your week long journey?

Many 16U and 18U teams have went, but I am interested in 14U info from any Indiana team that has went at 14's.

Would you recommend other 14U Indiana teams to attend?
Were there many of college coaches watching the 14U games?
Did the coaches talk to the head coach about any of the Magic girls?
What was the average pitching speed? (estimate)
Please provide some negative feedback of going. (U can't say $, that is a given)

Could you see or smell any of the forest fires?

Congratulations Magic Gold 14U! Way to bring it home and represent.

As for the fires, when we were in Longmont last week, you couldn't really smell or see them. We actually went "chasing" the one in Boulder (that's now contained I believe), but you had to get pretty close (couple miles from the evac area) to smell or see fire. Could see smoke from 10-15 miles away. I heard on Wed. night, you could see fire from the Stazio fields the 18's played on, but not afterwards. The 14's were in Broomfield, which is closer to Denver, so my guess is they didn't see much.

Congradulatons INDIANA MAGIC GOLD, you fought hard through pool and bracket play, what a way to finish,,and of all things to be in a championship game with such a top team from CA. the o.c. batbusters,

Be proud of your participation in such a prestigious tournament and your runner up win. You were the only INDIANA team there and i hope others will go next year.

Any team wanting to participate next year in this same tournament. Will take my advise and to register your team from either NOW or very soon probly by end of august,, these spots fill quicker then you can imagine..CONGRATS AGAIN INDIANA MAGIC GOLD 14U...
