We've gotten to know so many people over the years, but aren't in current contact with most of them.
Would love to know where the girls are going that have chosen to play beyond highschool.

I heard via the grapevine today, not only has Regan Hadley committed to Memphis, she's graduating mid term to begin this spring.

I hate to see this. I graduated early from high school because I was in a big hurry to start college. I've regretted it my whole life. Missing the spring of my high school senior year effectively broke the bonds I had with the kids I had spent the last 3 1/2 years of high school with. By the time I came back in June to 'walk' at the graduation ceremony, everything had changed. It's something you don't realize the ramifications of unless you experience it.

Could not agree more. Even though most of my senior year in high school was a bit of a blur, I'm quite confident we had the time of our lives.

In the case of a softball player, they've missed the entire fall and winter conditioning program, how much of a head start are you getting? In this particular case, she's one of several D1 players on this high school team who has a legit shot at a 4A state championship. They're in our conference and in our sectional, suffice to say I'm familiar. Again, this is just something I heard via the grapevine, she's a great player, I wish her nothing but the best.
